Please join Ambassador Joseph DeThomas for an SIA Faculty Coffee Chat on Tuesday, January 23rd from 10 – 11 a.m. in 232 Katz. Ambassador DeThomas spent a decorated career of 29 years as a member of the U.S. Foreign Service, with tours in Austria, Ethiopia, Germany, Iran, and Mexico, and served as the U.S. Ambassador to Estonia from 2001 to 2004. He has also worked at the highest levels of the U.S. State Department, where he worked on issues of nuclear proliferation in North Korea. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Ambassador DeThomas’ background and expertise in an informal setting. We hope you can join us for coffee, pastries, and conversation!
