Professor Wagner predicts change in science research landscape

At the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Washington, D.C. on February 18, School of International Affairs Professor Caroline Wagner presented research that made headlines in the science research community. Science Daily published the details of Wagner's remarks in which she presented research showing that the U.S. will no longer dominate global science research.
